# Social feeds empty images

An item shows the placeholder image when your server could not download the picture from the network. Downloading needs cURL or `allow_url_fopen` in PHP and a writable `wp-content/uploads/visual-portfolio-pro/` folder, and some CDNs refuse requests that come from servers (403).
