# Fade

The default skin of a new block. On hover the image fades into the overlay color and the title, categories and meta appear on it. **Text Align** places the text in one of nine positions. There is no Caption tab.

- Only the image is clickable; the title on the overlay is not a separate link. This matters for the Advanced click action (**Pro**), which cannot target the Title on this skin.
- Overlay padding defaults to 2em and the gap between text elements to 1.5em.
